El Remanso: A Peaceful Refuge

El Remanso is a program where we feed children on a weekly basis, both physically and spiritually. We work in partnership with El Remanso Church in Pereira, Colombia because we believe that the local church is the vehicle by which God has chosen to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Each week the children come together at the church and are given a nutritious meal which might be their only one for the week. They are also led in a Bible Study by the volunteers from the church along with Pastor Danny Caicedo.

It is our vision to see hundreds of children and their families reached for Christ through this program. We are totally dependent on your donations and support to make this happen. We do this through child sponsorships, one time gifts, and monthly gifts to the program. Information on each of these can be found here on this site.

How Can I Help Make a Difference?

You can sponsor a child, donate to the program, or Go with us!

Child Sponsorships

One Child at a Time

We have figured out a way to feed each child four times a month, provide for all of their Bible Study materials, and have a bit left over to meet their family needs on occasion. 100% of the money that you give goes to feed that child. There are no administrative fees and we do not use the funds for other needs.

Your $15 could change a child's life eternally!

Ministries of IPNJ Remanso

Providing basic food and clothing necessities for families in need.

The church at El Remanso  tries to meet community needs by providing groceries once a month to families when they can. They also have a clothing closet where people in the neighborhood can come in and shop for free of for donations as they can.
